Terms of Service for Shine Haus

Accessibility Requirements

Clients must ensure that our staff has unobstructed access to areas requiring cleaning. Obstacles or inaccessible areas may result in incomplete service.

Health and Safety

Clients must inform us of any health or safety risks, including but not limited to, the presence of biohazards, broken glass, or extreme uncleanliness.

We reserve the right to withdraw our services if a significant health or safety risk is identified.

Damage Reporting and Handling

Any pre-existing damage in the service area must be reported prior to cleaning.

In the event of damage caused by our staff, Shine Haus will evaluate and address the situation as per our damage policy. This may include repair, replacement, or financial compensation, at our discretion.

Service Modifications

Any request to alter the agreed-upon services must be communicated and agreed upon before the service date.

Client Satisfaction

Specific complaints must be detailed and reported within the 24-hour window post-service for remedial action.

Use of Client’s Cleaning Supplies

If a client prefers that we use their cleaning supplies or equipment, they must ensure these are safe and in good working condition. Shine Haus is not responsible for any damage or substandard cleaning resulting from the use of client-provided supplies.

Pets and Animals

Clients must inform us of the presence of pets and take measures to ensure they do not obstruct the cleaning process or pose a risk to our staff.

Non-Solicitation of Staff

Clients agree not to solicit or hire any Shine Haus staff for private work outside of our services.

Force Majeure

Shine Haus is not liable for failure to perform services due to events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or unexpected equipment breakdowns.

Termination of Services

Shine Haus reserves the right to terminate services at any time for non-payment, breach of terms, or other justifiable reasons.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information obtained during service provision private and secure.

Limitation of Liability

A clause limiting Shine Haus's liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
